Special Instructions for Parents on Form Filling
- Before filling the form carefully read the required documents for filling the form mentioned on the homepage and the details of the documents to be uploaded while filling the form to avoid cancellation of your form. And will definitely upload all the original documents as requested.
- The form will be rejected if faded, xerox copy and illegible documents are uploaded.
- Also, if the residence proof is in two pages, then both the pages have to be uploaded in PDF format. E.g. Election card and Aadhaar card with residence details given on back side, both pages have to be compulsorily uploaded in PDF format. If only the front page is uploaded, your form will be liable to be canceled in case the residence details cannot be verified. Take special note of that.
- During the admission process, the parent must submit the required Aadhaar-evidence such as proof of date of birth, proof of residence, proof of caste/category, proof of income from the competent authority, income tax return, and income tax in case the income tax return is not filled. Self-declaration of non-eligible income (where applicable) etc. original supporting documents have to be uploaded online. The print of the online form should be kept by the guardian.

- Student’s Birth Pattern
- Aadhaar card of the student
- Aadhaar card of parents
- Income Statement (of Mamlatdar)
- Light Bill, Ration Card, Vera Bill (any one)
- Bank passbook (bank passbook of mother or father or child)
- Two photos of the student
- Father’s caste example 9 page card 10 Ward No
- Instance of BPL (if falling under BPL category)
Income limit
- Priority (8) (9) (11) (12) and (13)
- 1,20,000 per annum for rural area and 1,50,000 for urban area should be income limit for incoming children Admission will be given considering below category income priority priority of school chosen by parent etc.

- To upload the original document.
- The form will be rejected if you upload blurry or illegible documents.
- Document size should not exceed 450KB.
- If rent-agreement (registered), upload more than one page in PDF format with size less than 5 MB.
